We innovate at all scales from micro to macro. As a third-generation family-owned company, we have maintained our Midwestern roots headquartered in downtown Detroit. Yet, we are known globally for pioneering sports and entertainment destinations that create fans, showcase athletes, and build communities.

This allows us to carry out a collaborative process to create partnerships with all project stakeholders. While we aim to discover a project's vision and identify opportunities, we dare our clients and ourselves to be disruptively innovative. Our Services
We offer a wide range of services, including architecture, urban planning, interiors, return on design enhancements, graphic design, multi-purpose arena design, sustainable design, and inverted bowl culture. Our architectural portfolio consists of a broad range of projects, including sports and entertainment venues, training and recreation facilities, hospitality, residential, workplace, and retail projects. We approach architecture as an opportunity to enhance the experience of those who use our buildings. We increasingly seek to develop a unique vision for each project that goes well beyond the basic and the expected.
Our Culture
Our firm's greatest asset is our culture. It's as entrepreneurial today as it was in the beginning. We nurture an innovative and collaborative environment, and we aren't afraid of having a little fun along the way. For a small boutique firm that is over 50 years old, we often resemble a studio fresh off a major design competition. There is a constant buzz of learning and sharing throughout all our design studios. We have a great talent pool that is humbled and electrified to continue an aspirational vision for the future.
