At Ironhorse Law Group, we're a two-partner duo with 40+ years' combined experience in all aspects of real estate law. Our complementary areas of expertise cover the full spectrum of real estate issues. We work with real estate developers, contractors, HOAs, landlords, and homeowners to solve some of the stickiest real estate law conundrums. Our hands-on, personal approach has earned us the trust and respect of some of the country's largest developers and hundreds of individual clients.

Our Approach

After years of doing law the "corporate" way, we knew there was a better way to serve our clients: stay small. For our clients, that means that when you hire us, you get us. We (usually) answer our own phones. You can call us for a quick chat without having to worry about being billed through the nose. And you can feel assured that in the unlikely event we can't help you with a problem, we'll refer you to someone who can. Let's work together.

Practice Areas

Our expertise covers the full spectrum of real estate law. We represent and advise HOAs and their members on all matters involving their successful operation and governance, including the HOA's governing documents, architectural review issues, operating rules, dispute resolution, contractual issues with service providers, elections, and corporate issues. We assist clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, whether property/party identification, due diligence, contract negotiation, agreement drafting, or closing. We also help homeowners navigate the foreclosure process and explore their options and rights. Additionally, we provide mediation services to help resolve real estate disputes. Our thorough, detail-oriented, analytical approach helps our clients to identify and avoid potential disputes and complications. We also assist clients in all aspects of landlord-tenant matters, both commercial and residential, and are effective, efficient, and diligent advocates for our clients in all manners of disputes, whether negotiated settlement, arbitration, mediation, or litigation.

Mediation Services

In 90% of cases, mediation is a viable (and less stressful, and cheaper) alternative to litigation. Our mediators have extensive experience resolving a wide range of disputes, focusing primarily on real estate, construction defect, and business-related matters. We successfully resolve cases ranging in size and complexity, with the goal of achieving results more efficiently and cost-effectively than through the litigation process. Our clients benefit from having a neutral third-party help them find a way to resolve their case without turning the result over to a judge or jury. We provide both pre-litigation and course-of-litigation services to our clients. The cost of mediating a case is minimal compared to the costs incurred through the life of a lawsuit.
