Our Philosophy
We believe that a highly inspired team can deliver outstanding results while creating positive social and environmental change. That's why we're committed to empowering our team members to take ownership of their work, embrace new challenges, and think outside the box. We're not afraid to ask "What if?" and explore unconventional solutions that can change the game. Our clients deserve our best efforts, and so does our amazing city.
Social Mission
Giving back to the community is an integral part of our philosophy. We're proud to be the only civil engineering company accepted into the business program at Propeller, a New Orleans non-profit that works with companies with a social mission. Through our pro bono work, we've developed metrics to measure our social and environmental impacts, from tracking gallons of stormwater diverted from the storm drain system to measuring the social and environmental impacts of coastal projects. We're passionate about helping New Orleans thrive in the face of coastal erosion and rising seas.
