Patient Experiences
Excellent Care and Staff
Dr. Fisher's office has provided excellent care, particularly with children. The staff is amazing, and the doctor knows how to communicate effectively with kids, making them understand the importance of wearing glasses.
Issues with Billing and Communication
On the other hand, one patient had a terrible experience with billing and communication. They were charged for an eye exam upfront, despite it being fully covered by insurance. When they questioned the staff, they were told they had to pay. Additionally, the patient waited two weeks for a trial pair of contacts that were supposedly ordered, and their glasses were broken, leaving them without a means of correcting their vision. The office staff was unhelpful when contacted about the issue.
