At Hope Source Counseling, we offer a range of services designed to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our therapist, Anne Marie Frost, is licensed and experienced in providing individual therapy for adults and older adolescents (16+). Our services include:

- Treatment for depression and sadness
Therapy Approach
Our therapist, Anne Marie Frost, employs a humanistic and cognitive-behavioral therapy approach. This approach focuses on empowering clients to take an active role in their healing process, while also addressing the underlying causes of their struggles. Anne Marie believes that each individual has the potential to break free from the shackles of negative thought patterns and behaviors, and she works closely with her clients to help them achieve their goals.
Insurance and Payment Options
We understand that seeking therapy can be a significant investment. That's why we're proud to announce that we accept multiple insurance plans, including Aetna, BCBS/Anthem, Cigna, UHC/UMR/Optum/Medica Ambetter/Home State Health. We also accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as payment options.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we ask that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a $50 rescheduling fee.
