At Brockway Law, we understand the importance of protecting your estate and securing your rights. As a boutique trust and estate law firm serving clients in Santa Rosa, CA, and throughout the greater Sonoma County region, we provide tailored legal services to individuals, families, and businesses. Our experienced attorney, Giuliana Brockway, has dedicated her practice to trust and estate law, offering comprehensive guidance in estate planning, trust and estate litigation, and probate and trust administration.
Our Practice Areas
Brockway Law is committed to providing personalized attention and expert counsel to our clients. Our practice areas include:
Estate Planning
Do you have a will or trust in place yet? At Brockway Law, we provide tailored estate plan documents that generally include revocable living trusts, pour-over wills, general durable powers of attorney, advance health care directives, and assignments of company interests or corporate shares. Our office takes care of establishing your estate plan, and protecting your assets by funding the trust with your real estate. A complimentary consultation is the first step toward establishing your estate plan with Brockway Law.
Trust & Estate Litigation
Litigation is the process of taking legal action. Brockway Law regularly represents and advises trustees of trusts, beneficiaries of trusts and wills, and executors or administrators of probate estates, in litigation matters. We understand that no one wants to litigate, but there are occasions when legal action is simply necessary. Whatever position you have relative to a trust or estate matter, Brockway Law would like the opportunity to meet with you and discuss your legal issue.
Trust & Probate Administration
Administration of a trust or estate happens both before and after death. In both cases, the law requires certain actions of the trustee, and the beneficiaries of a trust are entitled to certain documents, asset information, and accountings. In an effort to avoid litigation, Brockway Law recommends that a trustee or beneficiary retain an attorney to represent them during the course of trust or probate administration. Trustees, personal representatives, and beneficiaries are welcome probate and trust administration clients to Brockway Law.
