Founded by retired football player Eric Capers in 1999, Pro Fitness Trainers has been a leading personal training service in New Orleans for over two decades. Our mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health and wellness, providing them with the tools and support needed to achieve their fitness goals. From celebrities to young athletes, and from rehabilitation to anti-aging, we offer a wide range of programs designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
