Our History

Lupfer Builders was established in 1994 by Dave Lupfer, a graduate of Northern Illinois University. With a wealth of experience in the construction industry, Dave began his career with Seigle's Home Centers, managing site installations of Seigle products such as millwork, doors, windows, and cabinetry. He also managed their retail electrical and plumbing department. Before starting his own firm, Dave worked as a construction liaison for Paramount Homes, a Chicago area builder.

We believe in staying on top of all the cutting-edge building trends. Through seminars and continuous training efforts, we ensure that our team is well-versed in cost-efficient construction methods and utilizes this knowledge in all of our projects.

Our services are diverse and cater to a wide range of needs. We offer plumbing, electrical, tile, wood flooring, home repairs, and handyman services. When you work with us, you deal directly with the owner, Dave Lupfer, C.R. We have four full-time craftsmen and all work is done in-house. Subcontracting is only used for specialized jobs and/or project phases.
