Our History
Earhart Overstreet was founded by Ryan Earhart and David Overstreet, two attorneys who graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law together in 1999. For 16 years, they worked at large defense firms, becoming successful partners at each of those firms. However, they felt the need to create their own firm, where they could apply their skills in a smaller, more focused, client-centric atmosphere. Earhart Overstreet opened its doors in January 2016, and since then, we have been dedicated to providing top-notch legal services to our clients.
