Our story began in 2005, when two leading structural engineering companies, Calder Kankainen Consulting Engineers (CKCE) and Richards Consulting Group (RCG), merged to form Calder Richards. Our Managing Partners
Our current managing partners, Shaun Packer, Scott Wilson, and Nolan Balls, are all seasoned professionals with extensive experience in the industry. Shaun has been with the firm since its inception and has worked on a wide range of projects, from renovations to resort development. Scott has over 31 years of experience in the structural engineering industry, with a focus on design and value engineering. Nolan has 17 years of experience in engineering and has a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
