Our Story
Founded in 2009 by President, Javier Chavira, Solaray Engineering has established itself as a DBE/MBE, HUB certified professional civil engineering firm headquartered in the Dallas - Fort Worth area. With over 100 years of combined experience, our team has earned a reputation for setting high standards and achieving maximum results with each project. Our expertise ranges from transportation and municipal-related projects to subsurface utility engineering and construction management.
Transportation
We provide professional civil engineering services for a wide range of transportation-related projects, including roadways, freeways, utilities, and telecommunication design. Our expertise in highway and freeway design, drainage design, PS&E, traffic control, and water relocation design makes us a trusted partner for transportation projects.
Telecommunications
As an approved AT&T designer (ACAS #3857SW), we design inside/outside plant, telecommunications, cable TV, long haul and local, network planning and design, feeder and distribution. We also provide permitting and OPTI services, VRAD design, RT design, as-built drawings, and record updates.
Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE)
Our team provides subsurface utility engineering services, including utility coordination, subsurface utility mapping, and utility relocation design.
