Our Trainer: Brad Dunker

Brad Dunker, a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Certified Weight Loss Specialist, is the driving force behind Inner Strength Fitness. His own personal transformation, shedding 40 pounds and embracing a vibrant, active lifestyle, fuels his passion for helping others. Brad understands the challenges and triumphs that come with achieving fitness goals, and he leverages his expertise and experience to create tailored programs that address individual needs and aspirations. When he's not empowering clients, Brad enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son, indulging in a good cup of coffee, and, of course, an invigorating workout.

Group Fitness

Online Training

Regardless of your location, we empower you to achieve your fitness aspirations with our online personal training programs. Access customized workout plans tailored to your individual needs and receive one-on-one instruction via virtual sessions, ensuring proper exercise technique and safe, effective results.

Online Small Group Training

Connect with a community of fitness enthusiasts and embark on your fitness journey with our online small group training classes. These sessions, limited to 10 participants, foster motivation and encourage camaraderie while delivering effective, engaging workouts.
