Your first visit will include a case history, evaluation exam, and a complete spinal adjustment. We recommend that you follow up with a second visit to evaluate the effectiveness of our first adjustment and to make additional corrective adjustments, but this is your decision. Presuming that you presented symptoms, we will work with you to achieve relief from those symptoms. In so doing, we will work toward correcting the underlying causes structurally (alignment) and chemically (nutrition) toward optimal health. Once you are back in balance (homeostasis) you would be wise to have preventive checkups occasionally (different for everyone: some weekly, some monthly, maybe Spring / Summer / Fall / Winter).
