Our Services

Our investments focus on acquiring value-add retail, office, medical, industrial, and large residential land real estate assets in North Houston. Our development projects include mixed-use assets, such as a 288,000 SF Class A Office Project across from ExxonMobil Operational HQ. Our brokerage services focus on buyer and tenant representation, as well as co-venture assignments, securing optimal land sites to fee develop, build-to-suit projects, and/or lease high-profile office, retail, medical, and industrial flex assets. Our project management services encompass planning, managing, and executing a full menu of project management services, from conceptual design and preconstruction planning to move-in coordination.
