Meet Our Team

Our team is made up of experienced professionals who are passionate about wedding planning. We have a diverse team with a wide range of skills and experiences, but we all share one thing in common - a love for weddings and a desire to make every couple's wedding day a special one.

Maggie is the owner of Ad Astra Events. She has nearly a decade of event planning experience and has sharpened her eye for logistics through her Mathematics degree. She finds true joy in seeing clients enjoy the planning process and loves nothing more than sharing her passion for weddings with others.

Isabella is our PR and social media manager. She hails from the New York City area and has a degree in Corporate Communications from Baruch College. She is no stranger to a high-speed environment, making her well suited for the event industry. She loves sharing her love for weddings and has been a part of the Ad Astra Events team since her own dream wedding was planned by us.

Kathryn-Rose is our lead planner in Nashville. She is known for her incredible attention to detail and her ability to spin many plates at once. Through planning, unplanning, and replanning her own pandemic-wedding, she refined her adaptability and planning skills while also being reminded of the immense joy that comes with starting a new life chapter with your partner.
