Positive Experiences with Dentists
Some patients have had very positive experiences with their dentists. Dr. Anderson's clinic is described as sophisticated with high-end equipment and friendly staff. He is praised for starting with inexpensive pain-free treatments and only recommending expensive treatments when necessary. Another patient has been going to Park Ridge Dental for years and has never considered going anywhere else, appreciating the knowledgeable and sociable staff. Dr. Gaile is also commended for her professionalism and quality of work, with one patient being happy with the service despite moving out of Park Ridge.
Negative Experiences with Dentists
On the other hand, some patients have had very negative experiences with their dentists. One patient accuses Dr. Gaile of trying to perform an unnecessary root canal and lying about the x-rays. The patient also shares a horrific experience where a dentist ripped out their brother's teeth without anesthetic and ignored his screaming. Another incident involves a technician accidentally getting her pick stuck under the patient's tooth and ripping it out, causing bleeding and pain.
