How it Works
Our SafeSpace method is a unique and personalized approach to coaching. It starts with a 'First Date' text to schedule a consultation, followed by familiarizing yourself with our service operations and signing a contract. Once you're a SafeSpace client, you'll have access to our certified life coach, who will provide you with emotional support, guidance, and coping mechanisms to help you achieve emotional well-being.

About Me
The journey to SafeSpace began with the realization that sharing and releasing emotions is essential for healing. As a massage therapist with over 20 years of experience, I've witnessed how much pain the body holds, and how it can manifest into chronic pain and disease. I created SafeSpace to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to express themselves, free from fear of judgment.
