Poor Move-In Experience
Many residents have reported a poor move-in experience, with homes being dirty, having mold, and infestations of bugs and snakes. One resident's dog even had to go to the emergency vet after eating something from the carpet.
Pest Control and Maintenance Issues
Residents have complained about the ineffectiveness of the pest control team, with one resident having to spend hundreds of dollars to tackle the bug problem themselves. There have also been issues with maintenance, including a long wait for repairs and a kitchen renovation that left the resident without a functioning kitchen for a week.
