Protecting Your Most Valued Items, One Policy at a Time.

Welcome to Quiet Strength Counseling, a safe and supportive haven for individuals who are sensitive, empathetic, and highly attuned to the needs of others. Our mission is to provide a non-judgmental and compassionate space for Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), introverts, and individuals from marginalized communities to share their stories, work through their challenges, and cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves.

Our Approach

As a licensed professional counselor, I, Julie Wrocklage, am dedicated to providing a person-centered therapy experience that acknowledges the unique strengths and challenges of HSPs, introverts, and individuals from underrepresented communities. My approach is trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and tailored to the individual's specific needs and circumstances. Through our work together, you can expect to cultivate greater self-compassion, feel more grounded, and develop a stronger sense of self.

Our Services

At Quiet Strength Counseling, we offer both online and in-person therapy services to cater to your unique needs and preferences. Online therapy allows for the convenience of sessions from the comfort of your own home, while in-person sessions provide a sense of safety and connection in a professional setting.

Benefits of Therapy

Therapy is a powerful tool for personal growth, self-discovery, and healing. By working together, you can experience greater emotional regulation, develop healthier boundaries, and build a stronger sense of self. Our therapy sessions can also help you navigate the challenges of being an HSP, introvert, or individual from a marginalized community.

Getting Started

If you're ready to take the first step towards greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal growth, I invite you to schedule a free 20-minute consultation call to discuss your needs and goals. Together, we can explore whether our therapeutic approach is a good fit for you and answer any questions you may have about the therapy process.

Research Interests

As a researcher and therapist, I am passionate about exploring the complexities of human experience, particularly within marginalized communities. My research interests include the intersectionality of sexual orientation, gender identity, and spirituality, as well as the need for inclusive models of sexual orientation.

Clinical Experience and Training

Prior to establishing my private practice, I gained clinical experience working with individuals struggling with trauma, codependency, and sexuality issues. My training experience includes workshops and certifications in meditation, compassionate inquiry, and trauma-informed care.

Welcome to Our Community

Thank you for considering Quiet Strength Counseling as a safe and supportive space for your personal growth and healing. We acknowledge the complexities and challenges of being an HSP, introvert, or individual from a marginalized community. Our goal is to provide a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can feel seen, heard, and understood.
