Our story begins in 1994, when our founder, Kevin Beauchesne, relocated to Bryson City, North Carolina, and fell in love with the area. This charming town's laid-back pace of life, stunning natural beauty, and warm community captivated Kevin's heart, and he knew he had to make it his home.
Our Journey
Over the years, we have constructed more than 125 mountain homes and log cabins for family, friends, and past guests who have stayed in our vacation rental cabins. Many of our new owners have placed their cabins in our rental program, allowing others to enjoy the beauty of the Smoky Mountains while providing a revenue stream for our owners. We take pride in our attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Our Design Process
Whether we build your log cabin on one of our many available lots or on land you already own, the process always starts the same. We visit your land at different times of the day to get a feel for the view and sunlight, allowing us to make suggestions on the best placement of windows, porches, decks, and bedrooms. This ensures that you can take full advantage of your land and the natural elements that our mountains offer.
