We offer a range of massage therapies designed to cater to each client's specific needs. From relaxation massages to precision neuromuscular therapy, we tailor our approach to address any discomfort, pain, or dysfunction.

Relaxation Massage

Also known as Swedish massage, our relaxation massage is the ultimate indulgence in relaxation and rejuvenation. This ancient art of massage stimulates circulation, normalizes and improves muscle tone, promotes relaxation, and produces therapeutic effects on the respiratory and nervous systems. Depending on your needs, we may incorporate precision neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy into your session.

Precision Neuromuscular Therapy (PNMT)

PNMT is a targeted treatment designed to address muscular discomfort, limitations, and specific pain. This interactive therapy asks the "why" behind your concerns and limitations, not just the "what." Through a thorough assessment, we determine a customized plan tailored to your specific needs, using muscle testing and range of motion measurements.

Add-ons

Take your massage therapy experience to the next level by adding hot or cold stones to your session. Our stones are carefully placed along the body to facilitate deep relaxation and release.

Saving Packages

We offer packages of five sessions at 10% off. All sessions must be the same, and other discounts are not applicable. Please note that packages cannot be broken into multiple gift certificate purchases.

What to Expect

Upon your first visit, you will fill out a client intake form, which is protected by HIPAA. Our therapist will discuss your answers, ask clarifying questions, and set up a treatment plan specific to your needs. The treatment room is softly lit for your relaxation, and privacy is maintained while undressing. We ensure you are properly draped at all times to keep you warm and comfortable.

Cancellation and Late Policy

Please arrive for your appointment at least 5 minutes early. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid late charges.
