At Spraggins Fitness, we believe that fitness is a personal experience and that a one-size fits all approach won't create the lasting change our clients seek. As a neighborhood fitness studio, we specialize in providing circuit training style workouts in a private, safe, and effective environment. Our mission is to make exercise enjoyable for everyone, through inspiring, fun, and inventive workouts that promote optimal long-term physical health.
Our Story
Since 2011, Spraggins Fitness has been providing a local boutique fitness studio experience for our West Seattle neighbors. Our main studio is located on California Ave., between the Alaska and Admiral Junctions. In 2021, we added a second studio space to service more clientele in a residential location off of SW Charlestown St. At both locations, we offer motivational coaching, creative workouts, and dynamic workouts that focus on mobility, cardio, core strength, and total body strength improvement. Our goal is to have each client leave every workout feeling mentally and spiritually recharged after pushing their physical limitations.
Training Services
We offer two ways to get stronger together: Small Group Training and One-on-One Training. Small Group Training is perfect for the social butterfly or new Seattle transplants looking to make new friends. Our circuit training style workouts are new and fresh each time you walk through the door, with no repeats, which means we can keep your body challenged with fresh routines and your mind stimulated. Our Small Group Training sessions are 2-6 clients per 45-minute session or 2-4 clients per 30-minute session. They are small enough to offer individualized modifications and large enough to create a challenging, slightly competitive vibe where you can bond through sweat!
One-on-One Training is perfect for those who want to control the pace and speed of their workouts. This style of training is perfect for those who want personalization. Our 1:1 training allows us to focus on just you for every session, helping to keep your workouts built around your individual progress and schedule. Each workout is specifically designed to meet your goals and can push harder or scale back as needed.
Nutrition Guidance
We believe that nutrition plays a crucial role in achieving your fitness goals. Our nutrition guidance services are designed to help you get your daily diet on track to optimize your workouts. We'll work together to help you make healthy choices and develop a personalized nutrition plan that suits your needs and lifestyle.
