Disappointing Experience with Consulting Company
Lack of Competence in Handling Project
The consulting company failed to properly manage a paving project in Bellflower, resulting in a botched bidding process. The company contacted five companies to bid on the project, but provided incorrect information, leading to a significant discrepancy of $200,000 in the prices submitted.
Negligence in Permit Acquisition
Furthermore, the consulting company neglected to inform the HOA that permits were required from the City of Bellflower, highlighting their lack of attention to detail and incompetence in handling the project.
