Established in 2024 by Householder Enterprises, LLC, our company began as a husband and wife team with a passion for creating warm, inviting spaces that prospective buyers would love to call their own.
Our founder, Cami, has a background in interior design and earned her certification as a Staging Design Professional - Expert Level (SDP) through Staging Studio. With her husband Matt's expertise in real estate, Householder Homes Staging & Redesign was born out of a desire to help realtors and homeowners showcase their properties in the best possible light.

At Householder Homes Staging & Redesign, we offer a wide range of services designed to help you present your home exceptionally on the real estate market. Here are some of the services we provide:
- Full Service Real Estate Listings: We offer full-service real estate listings to our Householder Homes Team real estate clients, including vacant home staging services or occupied home staging consultation services as part of the listing package. Our goal is to help you sell your home quickly and for the best possible price.
- Vacant Home Staging: Our Householder Homes Staging team offers Vacant Home Staging Services to realtors throughout O'ahu. Our staging packages include an initial consultation, staging planning, delivery, installation, rental of all furnishings and decor for up to 45 days, and destaging/removal. Our starting price is $2700.
- Occupied Home Consultations: If you plan to live in your home during the listing period, we offer Occupied Home Consultations to help you prepare your home to look its best before hitting the market. Our consultation includes pre-listing checklists and a "walk-and-talk" walkthrough of each room of the home with one of our staging specialists, where specific recommendations will be made.
- Redesign Services: If you're looking to update a room or two in your home, our Redesign Services can help. Our redesign planning begins with an online or in-person (on O'ahu) interior styling consultation, followed by a design idea board, 3D and birds-eye view drawings of the room, and a shopping list with links to purchase room furnishings and accents in plan, plus one hour of revision time after a follow-up call/visit.
- Short Term Rental Styling & Setup: If you're looking to rent out your home on a short-term basis, we offer styling and setup services to help you create a welcoming and comfortable space for your guests.
