Our programs are designed to allow students to follow pathways into specific career fields or additional programs, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their chosen field.

Our advanced manufacturing programs, including CNC Machining and Industrial Automation/Mechatronics, provide students with the technical skills needed to succeed in this in-demand industry. We also offer on-demand training in emotional intelligence, conflict management, DiSC, and more, allowing professionals to develop the leadership skills needed to advance in their careers. Additionally, our Opportunity Dubuque training programs can be completed in just weeks, not months, and are affordable with tuition and child care assistance available.

Tuition-Free Career Training

We believe that everyone deserves access to quality education and training, regardless of their financial situation. That's why we offer tuition-free career training through our Business and Community Solutions program. With over 15 certificate programs to choose from, students can gain the job skills they need to succeed in in-demand careers, all at no cost to them. Our training programs are designed to be completed in just 4-6 months, and graduates are often hired by local employer sponsors.
