Company History
Our firm's founder, Frank Pompo, started the practice with his secretary in 1974. His office was located in the historic University Building on East Washington Street in downtown Syracuse, where our office remains today. Frank built his practice from the ground up by developing strong relationships with his clients and employees alike. Under his leadership, the practice grew steadily. In 1980, his son James joined the firm, eventually becoming his partner in 1988. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, the firm continued to enjoy steady growth. Frank passed away in 1998; however, his strong work ethic and dedication live on throughout our company and continue to be our founding principles.
