Our Story
At Chrysalis Spectrum, we understand the importance of providing quality in-home care services to our clients. Our founder, Dr. Alisa Elliot, has over 25 years of experience in direct one-on-one care with individuals from diverse backgrounds. As a special needs sibling, Dr. Elliot understands the importance of having quality in-home personal care. She created Chrysalis Spectrum in 2017 with the goal of providing in-home personal care services at an affordable cost while giving exceptional care.

Personal Care Services
At Chrysalis Spectrum, we customize our personal care services to fit each client's unique needs. Our dedicated team of caregivers provides dependable, compassionate, and punctual care for short or long-term care. Our comprehensive care includes:
- Companionship: Friendly conversation, playing games, going for walks
- Personal Care: Meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, errands, transportation
- Direct Support: Assistance with showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers

How We Work
Our easy 5-step process makes it easy to get started with our services:
1. Schedule a 15-minute phone interview to determine eligibility
2. Pay a $250 retainer fee
3. Schedule a personal home assessment and complete the admission packet
4. Meet with an experienced caregiver in your area within 7 days
5. Start service within 10 days of admission
