Welcome to Easing Emotional Eating, a comprehensive program designed to empower holistic practitioners and individuals to overcome emotional eating and cultivate a healthier relationship with food. As the founder and facilitator of this program, I, Klia Bassing, have a personal understanding of the struggles that come with emotional eating. My own journey with emotional eating and subsequent healing have equipped me to support others in their own struggles.

As a holistic practitioner, I have had the privilege of working with thousands of individuals from various industries, including the World Bank Group, the American Psychological Association, and healthcare organizations. Through my work, I have witnessed individuals from all walks of life struggling with emotional eating, often feeling ashamed and stuck in their journey towards wellness.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower individuals to break free from the shackles of emotional eating and cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves through a holistic approach. We believe that emotional eating is not a reflection of one's self-worth, but rather a cry for help from a part of oneself that feels overwhelmed and in need of support.

Our Services

Our comprehensive program, Easing Emotional Eating, offers a unique approach to addressing the root causes of emotional eating. The program consists of three phases, each approximately three months long, which focus on easing emotional eating, freeing oneself from limiting beliefs, and aligning health, fitness, and appearance with one's larger life purpose.

Throughout the year-long program, participants will have access to:

  • Monthly group gatherings via Zoom, where they can connect with like-minded individuals and share their experiences
  • Private sessions with me, the facilitator, where we will work together to uncover the root causes of emotional eating and develop strategies for overcoming it
  • Ongoing access to the group and me through a Telegram group, where participants can ask questions, share their progress, and receive support
