At Education Station & Preschool, our mission is to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the development of young children. We believe that every child is unique and has the potential to grow and learn in their own way. Our philosophy is based on years of education, experience, and research, and we strive to provide a safe, healthy, and developmentally appropriate environment for our students.
Our Programs
We offer a range of programs catering to children from 6 weeks to 5 years old. Our infant and toddler programs focus on promoting healthy growth and development, providing a foundation for future learning. Our preschool program for children aged 2 to 4 years old emphasizes learning through play and exploration. Our pre-kindergarten program for children aged 4 to 5 years old prepares them for kindergarten and beyond.

Our History
Education Station & Preschool was founded by Kristin D. Birdsey and Krista L. McIver, two friends who shared a passion for early childhood education. They opened our first location in 2010 and have since expanded to a second location in Tech City. We are proud to be a woman-owned and operated business.
Meet Our Owners
Kristin D. Birdsey, our co-founder and owner, earned her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Florida in 2007. Krista L. McIver, our other co-founder and owner, holds a Bachelor's degree in Special Education with an emphasis on early childhood from the University of Florida. Together, they manage the business and educational programs of our school.
Licensed and Accredited
We are a licensed child care facility through the State of Florida's Department of Children and Families. We undergo regular inspections to ensure that our facilities and programs meet the highest standards of quality. We are proud to be a leader in early childhood education and committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for our students.
