Emerald Print was founded in 2003 by friends Tim Magee and Greg Fichtner. Since then, we have grown to become a leading provider of printing services, promotional products, and apparel. - Greg Fichtner, Owner and Co-Founder, brings 35 years of print experience to the table.
- Keith Beach, Sales, has 30 years of experience in the print industry and has diversified into sales and business development.
- Cathy Fichtner, Sales, has a background in sales and marketing, with a focus on commercial print, promotional products, and apparel.
- Christine Legg, Account Manager, has 14 years of experience in the print industry and is also a freelance graphic designer.
- Deb Wait, Account Manager, has over 35 years of customer service experience in direct mail and print on demand.
- Liana Leblanc, Account Support Specialist, has marketing and e-commerce experience, as well as a background in screen printing.
- Lisa Sanderson, Accountant, has over 20 years of accounting experience in Rochester, including work with various local businesses.
