Our Story
I, Becky Flynn, L.Ac., founded Five Elephants Acupuncture with the goal of creating a community-style clinic that provides highly effective and affordable acupuncture services to the people of Louisville and surrounding areas. With a background in Theater and Theological Studies from Hanover College in Indiana, I completed my acupuncture education at the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago. After beginning my acupuncture career in NYC, I returned to my home state of Kentucky in 2014 to receive licensure and start my private practice. I've had the privilege of working with various organizations, including Jewish Hospital and KentuckyOne Health, as an acupuncturist for their Healthy Lifestyle Centers, JenCare Senior Medical Center, and companies that offer acupuncture as a health benefit for their employees. I'm also proud to volunteer with the Louisville Acupuncture Project, which offers free treatment to veterans, active duty military, and first responders.

About Our Acupuncturist
As a licensed acupuncturist, I'm dedicated to providing compassionate and effective care to my patients. With my special interest in treating "shen (spirit) disturbance"-anxiety, depression, insomnia, and other emotional or mental issues, I've had the privilege of helping many individuals find relief from various health conditions. In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, hiking, and spending time with stray cats.
