Dr. Stahl grew up in Spencer, Indiana and was very active in sports, including basketball, volleyball, and barrel racing. She pursued her undergraduate studies at Oakland City University, where she became interested in chiropractic care. She went on to earn her doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.
