Our Story
Arlington Custom Builders was founded by Alan Anderson, a trusted Arizona contractor with a passion for building and remodeling. Alan's journey in the construction industry began during his high school and college years, working for his father's company, EG Anderson Construction in Arlington Heights, Illinois. In 1985, the family moved to Scottsdale, Arizona, where they founded Arlington Construction Company, which later became Arlington Custom Builders. Alan's wife, Brenda Southard, a fifth-generation Arizona native, is an accomplished interior designer and kitchen and bath designer. Together, they make a formidable team, dedicated to delivering exceptional quality, efficiency, and trust to their clients.
