Since 2014, NeuroInterventional Pain Management (NIPM) has been dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients suffering from chronic pain. Our mission is to provide comprehensive pain management services using the latest medical technologies and a multidisciplinary approach. We have two state-of-the-art medical facilities designed specifically to address the needs of patients with chronic pain.

Our team of experts includes Dr. Ariel Majjhoo, MD, and Dr. Bryant Ittiara, D.O., who work together to offer a broad spectrum of pain management treatments. These include pharmacologic pain management, interventional pain management, and neuromodulation. We offer a range of services designed to address various types of chronic pain, including facet joint syndrome, herniated discs, lumbar radiculopathy (sciatica), migraine headaches, post-laminectomy syndrome, spinal stenosis, and neck pain. Our procedures include epidural steroid injections, genicular nerve ablation, kyphoplasty, lumbar epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks, microdiscectomy with annuloplasty, PRP therapy for chronic knee pain, sacroiliac joint fusion, and spinal cord stimulator implants, among others.
