We are Martin and Vivian, the husband-and-wife team behind 101 Studio. We're passionate about capturing the raw emotions and genuine moments that make up your wedding day through stunning photography and heartfelt videography. Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, we've been telling love stories through images and film since 2012, and every wedding we photograph feels like a fresh, exciting journey.

Our love story began long before we started capturing weddings. Martin discovered his love for photography later in life, sparked by the arrival of his daughter and a desire for more than just blurry snapshots. After years of honing his craft, we ventured into the world of event photography, covering galas, awards ceremonies, and other formal occasions. While we enjoyed the experience, something was missing. The lack of genuine emotions and intimate moments left us yearning for something more meaningful.

Then came a turning point: a friend asked us to photograph her wedding. The intimate atmosphere, the palpable joy, and the raw emotion surrounding the celebration ignited a passion we hadn't known before. We fell in love with the idea of preserving these precious memories, forever capturing the unique love story unfolding before our lenses.
