Our Team

Our team is led by Richard L. Armstrong, the principal of our firm. Mr. Armstrong earned his law degree from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas in 1980. Prior to that, he earned his BBA from Arizona State University in 1975. Mr. Armstrong is admitted to practice before the Texas and U.S. Supreme Courts, U.S. District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also practiced in California state courts in large class action matters, on appeal, and in federal court.

In addition to Mr. Armstrong, we have a team of experienced attorneys with expertise in various practice areas. We have affiliations with lawyers in many different practice areas, including William Roberts (Estate Planning and Probate), James J.
