As a real estate agent, I am actively involved in listing properties for sale and working with clients interested in buying properties. We understand that it's a caveat emptor (buyer beware!) world, and our experience assessing and evaluating a property helps our buyers save time so they can buy a property with confidence. Our clients include individuals and families as they grow, relocate, transition to empty nesters, or as their marital status changes.

We regularly work with clients interested in renovating a property. We help you discover and fully realize the potential of a home. Our expertise in architecture and the relationships we've made in the Architecture | Engineering | Construction industry provide our clients with a unique perspective and access to a range of professionals.
*Community Involvement*
We are committed to giving back to our communities. We have been involved with the Somerville Historic Preservation Commission, Friends of Cambridge Public Library, Somerville's Arts at the Armory, and have helped make the Cambridge Jazz Festival a continuing success.
About Us
We have been working with residential and commercial architectural clients since 1982 and as a sales associate with Coldwell Banker since 2009. We feel fortunate to live in today's dynamic real estate environment when our neighborhoods and communities are being shaped. We grew up in New Jersey and Ohio and have been part of the Cambridge and Somerville communities for over thirty years. We regularly contribute time and experience to community organizations and have been members of the United States Green Building Council, American Institute of Architects, Boston Society of Architects, and Somerville Historic Preservation Commission.
A portion of each of our commissions is donated to Coldwell Banker Cares. Our clients often benefit from our experience as an Architect and the relationships we've made in the Architecture | Engineering | Construction industry. Our real estate team includes an excellent transaction staff as well as allied professionals such as attorneys, home inspectors, interior designers, landscape architects, and structural engineers.
