With a background in psychology and over a decade of experience working with adults and adolescents with mental health and emotional issues, Nikki has a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of physical and emotional health. She has extensive training in acupuncture, having studied at the International College of Oriental Medicine in England and the Maryland University of Integrative Health in the USA.
