Our team consists of professionals with extensive experience in the real estate industry. Matt Everly, our Broker, has been serving Loudoun County and the Northern Virginia area since 2005. He is a lifelong resident of Northern Virginia, with a background in the United States Air Force and years of experience in the transportation industry. Since starting his real estate career, Matt has closed in excess of 100 million dollars in commercial sale/lease transactions.
David Kamminga, our Sales Associate, has been serving Loudoun County and the Northern Virginia area since 2014. A native to the Washington DC metro area, David has experienced the highs and lows of the DC Metro real estate market. He also has a BS degree from the University of Maryland in Computer and Information Science and experience in starting and running commercial businesses, as well as owning and managing numerous commercial properties.
Diana Patterson, our Sales Associate, has been serving Winchester and the Fredrick County area since 2011. Diana has a strong presence in the business community in the Winchester area and Virginia. She is passionate about economic development in the Commonwealth and takes her fiduciary duty to her clients seriously when representing them. Diana speaks English and Spanish fluently and is dedicated to helping businesses succeed.
