Meet Danelle, Your Therapist

Danelle Paulick, MSM, LM, LMT, is a licensed massage therapist and certified craniosacral therapist with a passion for promoting racial and social justice within healthcare and the greater community. With a background in biochemistry and midwifery, Danelle brings a unique perspective to her work, combining her love of birth work and bodywork to offer a holistic approach to healing. Her extensive experience working with babies, children, pregnant individuals, and adults makes her the perfect therapist for clients of all ages and stages of life.

Our Services

Our signature service is craniosacral therapy, a gentle and non-invasive technique that targets the central nervous system to promote deep relaxation and healing. We also offer deep tissue/therapeutic massage, combining the best of both worlds to provide a truly unique and rejuvenating experience. Whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain, looking to reduce stress and anxiety, or simply wanting to pamper yourself, we have a service that's right for you.

Philosophy

At Nourish, we believe that caring for individual children and adults supports whole community wellness. Our philosophy is rooted in the idea that every person deserves to live a happy, healthy, and balanced life, and we're committed to providing the tools and resources needed to make that a reality. We're passionate about promoting racial and social justice within healthcare and the greater community, and pledge to donate at least 10% of all profits to organizations run for and by people of color.
