Our Story
Our journey began with a conversation between two cousins, Joseph, a real estate broker, and Andy, a software engineer. Frustrated with the lack of transparency in the real estate industry, they set out to create a solution that would empower homeowners with valuable insights to make informed decisions. With positive feedback from future home sellers, they realized that building a network of reputable real estate agents was just as crucial as creating a platform that provides transparency. Today, SoldNest is building the foundation for a solution that will empower every homeowner with the confidence they need to know they're making the right decisions when selling their most valuable asset.
Joseph Alongi, CEO/Co-founder
Joseph drives the strategic vision and works closely on all facets of our business as we continue to grow and build the SoldNest platform. Before SoldNest, he was a real estate agent and broker, following a period of about 7 years when he owned a mortgage company. He holds a real estate broker's license in California and has over 18 years of industry experience.
Andy Nunes, CTO/Co-founder
Andy fearlessly leads our development team and is responsible for SoldNest's underlying technology. He came to SoldNest with eight years of experience as a software engineer at a leading eCommerce company, where he helped build and scale enterprise data-driven applications. He has a BS in computer science from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
