Our Approach to Classical Five-Element Acupuncture (CF-EA)
CF-EA is a profoundly healing system rooted in ancient Chinese wisdom. This elegant practice draws upon the five elements of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water to restore balance, rejuvenate energy, and unlock the body's inherent healing capabilities. As a licensed acupuncturist and licensed massage therapist with nearly a decade of experience, I, Stella, am passionate about sharing this loving and healing space with my community.
What to Expect
In our initial consultation, we'll take the time to get to know you as a unique individual, exploring your reasons for seeking treatment, medical history, and personal history. We'll also conduct a physical assessment, energy (Qi) pulse assessment, and include an initial acupuncture treatment. Please refrain from wearing makeup or scented products to this appointment.
CF-EA Treatments
Each treatment is tailored to your individual needs, building upon previous sessions to progressively take you towards your goal. Our treatments are preventative, cumulative, and require commitment. We recommend weekly treatments for 4-6 weeks, or until your body indicates it's time to space them out. Eventually, treatments can be spaced out to biweekly, monthly, or even seasonally.
Welcome Package
We offer a Welcome Package that includes a traditional diagnosis and initial treatment plan, followed by three CF-EA treatments for just $350 (a $60 discount). Payment is due in full, and weekly treatments need to be booked at the time of payment.
The Practice of CF-EA Acupuncture
Acupuncture involves the insertion of sterile, surgical-grade stainless steel, single-use disposable needles just below the surface of the skin. Before needling, I may place a small lit cone of Moxa (the herb Artemisia Vulgaris) to warm and prepare the points. For most treatments, the needles do not stay in for an extended time; I will make a connection with the energy (Qi) and then immediately take the needle out.

Payment is expected at the time of service. I accept cash, Venmo, and all major credit cards. Please note that cancellations or rescheduling of appointments require at least 24 hours' notice.
