Our Team
At the heart of our agency is our team of dedicated professionals. Our Principal Owner, Lisa Hengel, has owned Willow Wood Insurance Agency since its inception in 2013. With over 20 years of industry experience, Lisa is passionate about helping individuals and families protect their assets and loved ones. Prior to becoming an agency owner, Lisa earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Education from St. Mary's University in Winona, Minnesota.
Joining Lisa is our Office Manager, Kristen Walkup, who has been a licensed insurance agent since 2014. With a degree in Journalism/Mass Communications from the University of Minnesota, Kristen values helping clients meet their insurance needs by providing guidance and utilizing her years of experience in the industry.
