Our Story
At Anointed Hands Massage and Pilates Studio, we believe in the power of touch and movement to transform lives. Our journey began in 2006, when our founder, inspired by her mother's words, pursued a career in massage therapy. With a passion for helping others, she quit her stressful job and enrolled in massage school. After graduating, she opened Anointed Hands in Wauwatosa, WI, in 2009. As she provided daily massages, she sought a fitness regimen to ease the aches and pains, increase her longevity in the field, and keep her strong. This led her to Pilates, which she became certified to teach in 2018.
Our Services

Our Pilates private and semi-private lessons are tailored to meet your individual goals and needs, based on your current physical condition. We also provide assisted stretching, which helps reduce stress, increase flexibility, and overcome mobility limitations. Our integrative massage combines relaxation and deep-tissue techniques, reflexology, and stretching to improve muscular balance and whole-body alignment. You can also choose from our CBD massage, hot stones massage, and prenatal massage, each designed to address specific needs and promote overall wellness.
