Here at The Awesome Company, we are proud to employ a team of uniquely talented individuals, all of whom are on the autism spectrum. Our team members bring their own special skills and talents to the table, allowing us to provide exceptional custom printing services to our clients. We are a screen printing and design studio dedicated to empowering and employing autistic adults, and our team is at the heart of everything we do.
Brendan Pratt - As the very first employee with autism hired here, Brendan cleans printing screens, takes out the garbage, gives tours, services our printers, and runs errands. He also handles all local deliveries with a smile. Brendan's favorite part of working at The Awesome Company is his co-workers.
Jonathan Mentser - Kind and funny, Jonathan enjoys folding t-shirts and putting them in boxes for customers. He appreciates that The Awesome Company recognizes and accommodates his neurodiversity.
Bryan Curtiss - Bryan is our community outreach specialist, and he loves that The Awesome Company provides jobs for individuals with autism while teaching them valuable skills and training. In his free time, Bryan can be found behind a microphone as the producer and host of The DJBC Happy Hour on WCRS-FM.
Elise Schneider - Elise's primary responsibilities include making buttons, counting shirts, and cleaning. She's known as the "Queen of Making Buttons" because of her speed and efficiency. Elise enjoys greeting everyone with a smile and giving the best hugs.
Treyce Buday - Treyce loves coming to work and wearing pun t-shirts and flashy sneakers. His favorite tasks include making buttons, folding and counting shirts, and lending a hand wherever needed. Treyce takes pride in working at The Awesome Company, where he feels free to express himself and be himself.
Matt Blair - Matt is our resident jokester, always eager to make everyone laugh. He excels at quality control and folding shirts. Matt cherishes working at The Awesome Company because they understand him completely, and he enjoys being part of a supportive group that values people with autism.
North Cohn - North loves variety in his tasks and enjoys making buttons more than any other job.
Michael McCartney - Michael enjoys working with his fellow team members, always striving to create funny moments.
