At Works of Heart Counseling, our purpose and genuine concern is for those whose lives are broken and are seeking healing and wholeness. Our mission is to help men, women, couples, wives/partners, and families in healing from sex and pornography addiction, childhood or adult trauma and abuse, love addiction, relationship issues, depression and other of life's difficult issues. We believe that everyone has a purpose and should feel empowered, and we strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment where our clients can transform their lives with the power of self-love, family love, intimacy, and emotional health.

Our Team

Works of Heart Counseling is led by Patti Caparros-Holt and Tim Holt, two experienced and caring individuals who are dedicated to helping our clients heal and empower themselves.

Patti Caparros-Holt is the founder of Works of Heart Counseling and has a passion for serving and facilitating healing in other's lives and relationships. She has personal experience with pain and trauma and is committed to helping her clients work through their own emotional wounds and form healthy connections. Patti is an expert in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Brainspotting and is affiliated with the Amen Clinics, founded by double-board certified psychiatrist and bestselling writer, Dr. Amen.

Tim Holt is a life coach/counselor with a focus on building strong relationships within the marriage. He helps couples improve their relationships through parenting skills, understanding gender differences, emotional bonds, and unconditional love.

Our office is warm and inviting, providing a safe place for our clients to build strong relationships with themselves, their families, and their loved ones. We use data-intensive research to design a treatment plan that is customized to each client's specific needs, and we are committed to helping our clients embrace their inner strength and beauty.
