CrossFit Classes

Our CrossFit classes are high-intensity group workouts designed to improve your strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness. With a constantly varied program that incorporates Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning, you'll never get bored or stagnate in your training. Our coaches will guide you through every movement, ensuring proper form and technique to maximize your results and minimize your risk of injury.

Personal Training

For those who prefer a more individualized approach to fitness, we offer personal training sessions. Open Gym Training

Sometimes, you just need some time to yourself to focus on your training. Our open gym allows you to train whenever it's convenient for you. Use our state-of-the-art equipment to work on your own routines or train alongside other members in a supportive environment.

KidsFit Classes

We believe that fitness should be a part of life for everyone, even the youngest members of our community. Our KidsFit classes are designed to introduce children to the fundamental movements of CrossFit in a fun and engaging way. They'll learn basic strength, coordination, and agility skills while building confidence and a love of fitness that will last a lifetime.

Seminars

Our Facility

Conveniently located just off the 53 Bypass, our CrossFit gym is the premier fitness facility in the area. With 3,000 square feet of training space, you'll have plenty of room to move and train. We have all the equipment you need to succeed, including climbing ropes, a 44' foot monster rig, barbells, assault bikes, Concept2 rowers, GHDs, plenty of free weights and rigs, and much more.

We also have a dedicated kids' room where you can leave your little ones while you workout. We know how important it is for families to be able to support each other's fitness goals, and our facility offers everything you need to make that happen.
