• Design Development: Once the schematic design is approved, we delve into the detail-oriented phase of Design Development. This involves refining the chosen concept, developing detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections, and selecting materials, finishes, and systems that align with the client's vision and the project's sustainability goals.

• Construction Documents: We meticulously prepare a comprehensive set of Construction Documents, the blueprint for the actual building process. • Sustainability: As a LEED Accredited Professional, we prioritize incorporating sustainable design practices throughout every project. • Bidding & Negotiation: We assist our clients in navigating the bidding process by procuring competitive bids from qualified contractors. We meticulously review proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure that the chosen contractor aligns with the project's vision and quality standards.

• Construction Administration: Our role during construction administration is to act as a liaison between our clients and the contractor, overseeing the construction process to ensure that it adheres to the approved plans and specifications. We conduct regular site visits, review shop drawings, and address any issues or changes that may arise, ultimately ensuring that the final product reflects our clients' vision.

Our Principal Architect

Amanda McNally is the Principal Architect and founder of M Architecture Studio. She brings a wealth of experience and a passion for design to every project. Starting her architectural journey in Austin, Texas, Amanda's work has spanned diverse projects and clienteles across Austin, New York City, and her return home to North Palm Beach, Florida.

Her studies at the University of Florida, including a period at the Vicenza Institute of Architecture in Italy, instilled in her a deep appreciation for the craft of architectural detail and the beauty of traditional building techniques. During her Master's program at the University of Texas at Austin, her focus on sustainable design has remained a cornerstone of her architectural philosophy. Amanda's time in New York City exposed her to the dynamic cultural landscape of the city, furthering her understanding of the interplay between historical context and contemporary design.
