Partner Chad Carroll has been a licensed Realtor since 2007 and has lived and worked in Southwest Louisiana all of his life. When he isn't searching for his clients' dream homes, he can usually be found spending time with his wife and four children or volunteering as a Dixie Youth Baseball Coach. Chad is driven by the desire to have happy clients. He recognizes the value in building strong relationships with each client and helping them find their dream home.

Partner Erika Carlisle was born and raised in Cajun Country. She spent many of her younger years with her great grandparents who primarily spoke French or helping her dad on the family's crawfish and rice farm in Mowata, Louisiana. After high school, she pursued a Chemical Engineering degree from LSU (Geaux Tigers!) where she met her husband. She moved to Lake Charles to start her career as a Chemical Engineer at PPG Industries. Fifteen years and 3 little boys later, Erika finally realized her true passion, helping people. She took a leap of faith, earned her real estate license, and hasn't looked back.
