Our Story
Our journey began when Dr. Shawn LaBelle, facing a season-ending sports injury, discovered profound relief through chiropractic care. Dr. Alex Combs, inspired by his grandfather, a seasoned chiropractor, embarked on a journey to follow in his impactful footsteps. At the front desk, Ciera triumphed over the aftermath of a car accident, reclaiming her life with the transformative support of chiropractic care. We specialize in spinal correction using a precise technique called Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP). CBP is the most researched and published chiropractic technique on Earth with over 270 publications. We study and manage the spine from an engineering perspective, which gives us excellent, repeatable results with even the most difficult cases. We are the only office in South Carolina with two certified CBP doctors.
